Bible Study Title: Why obama, why now? Way back in 1999 I did a couple of sermons dealing with why God had cursed the US with Clinton, the same then as today with obama the muslim terrorist sodomite in the oval office. for the week starting Sunday December 5th, 1999 Do you sometimes wonder why Bill Clinton is president of these United States of America? Do you ask yourself how the likes of Barbara Boxer, Ted Kennedy, Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe could ever become members of the US Senate? Aren't you curious as to how the US House of Representatives became a hangout for the likes of Barney Frank, John Baldacci, John Conyers and Maxine Waters? I believe we will find the answers to these questions and many more in the word of God, the Bible. Let us look at a couple of verses if we may, first, Matthew 6:9-10 "This, then, is how you should pray: " 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.' " In these two verses we see that first the One teaching us to pray is the Lord Himself, next we see Him telling us to always pray to God asking Him to let His will be done, not ours, but His. We sometimes lose sight of the fact that everything that happens here on earth happens because God the Father allows it to happen. He doesn't always cause it to happen, but He does allow it to happen. How do we know this? Look at Job 1:6-12 6 One day the angels came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came with them. 7 The LORD said to Satan, "Where have you come from?" Satan answered the LORD, "From roaming through the earth and going back and forth in it." 8 Then the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil." 9 "Does Job fear God for nothing?" Satan replied. 10 "Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land. 11 But stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face." 12 The LORD said to Satan, "Very well, then, everything he has is in your hands, but on the man himself do not lay a finger." Then Satan went out from the presence of the LORD. (NIV) Here we see that even satan (a god that many in Washington seem to worship, if not openly, at least by their actions; open homosexuality and lesbianism, abortion, lying, cheating, stealing, adultery, coveting others' goods and money, treason, etc.) must get God's permission to act. All these are traits of devil worship and they appear to be rampant in our capital city. But, notice even satan had to appear before God, verse 6. Even satan had to report to God, verse 7. Even satan had to answer God's question, verse 8. And even satan has to ask God's permission to do anything, verses 9,10,&11. But look at verse 12, for there we see that satan can only do what God has given him permission to do. Now you may be asking, so what does this have to do with Clinton, his minions, his ilk and his worshipers being in Washington and being in control of our nation and our government? OK, I'm getting to that. Let's look at Matthew 24. Now you should read the entire chapter yourself to really get the drift of this, but for now let us look at verses, :11-12 . 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, (NIV) These two verses are telling us that in a times called ‘Sorrows', false prophets will appear and wickedness will increase and good will decrease. . Now back to why Clinton and his crowd are in control, nowhere in the Bible is the United States of America mentioned! Not in one place. Oh, granted you will hear some preachers tell you that we are the next Babylon, perhaps they are reading something that I don't see, and others will tell you that the US is really the anti-Christ, but they are few and far between since they cannot support their conclusion using any scripture. So, let us for a minute assume the correctness of my statement, that nowhere in the word of God does the US appear. But, in the prophecies of Revelation, Daniel, Isaiah, Jeremiah and elsewhere, there is a description of a war in the end times. This is the war that ends the world, and it starts at the moment of rapture with the beginning of a time we call tribulation and ends with the battle of Armageddon, Rev 16:16 Then they gathered the kings together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon. (NIV) Now, this battle takes place in Israel. Before this, in the beginning of tribulation, we find that Israel has signed a peace pact with the anti-Christ, not the US, but the anti-Christ. Does it not make sense to you that if the US were still a power, not just a super power, but any kind of a power at all, that Israel would be turning to us? But, since there is absolutely no mention of the US in the Bible, especially during the end times or the times of tribulation, does it not make you think that we are, at that time, reduced to less than a third world county? Perhaps a country so involved in self sexual gratification through homosexuality, drugs, lesbianism, and the worshiping of such things as money, cars, possessions, a country with no moral backbone and therefore a country that no other country fears, respects or wishes to be aligned with? Is that not where Clinton, Barbara Boxer, Ted Kennedy, Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe in the US Senate, Barney Frank, John Baldacci, John Conyers and Maxine Waters of the House and their associates of both parties are taking us and this country? My friends, if we have, as I suspect, entered into the time Jesus calls a time of sorrows, then those in Washington are fulfilling end times prophesies as you read this today. May God be with you and may He protect His from the coming wrath, for I will close with just one more bit of Matthew 24, verse 9 "Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. (NIV) The ‘you' the Lord is talking about here, are those who are His followers, those who are Born Again Christians, so pray that He will indeed let us not carry a cross any more difficult than we can bear in those times, or should I say these times. God bless and be with each and every one of you who are saved, One speaker spoke on the difference between those that are saved and those who are unsaved. I wish I could remember his name and quote him verbatim, but this is the essence of what he said. For those of us that are saved through the blood of Jesus, born again Christians, this time on earth is the closest we will ever come to hell! But for those who are unsaved, all of those who are not born again Christians, this time on earth is their heaven! That's scary, but true. Read John 3:3. for the week starting Sunday November 28th, 1999 Roosevelt to Clinton, one communist traitor after another. Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Matthew 22:37-40 Oft times we hear that this, the United States, is not a Christian country; and going back, at least as far as president Franklin D. Roosevelt, I would have to agree. For to be a Christian, means you are not only a follower of but also a believer of and on the Lord Jesus the Christ. And to be a Christian means being committed to all that He said and did, that would of course include Matthew 22:37-40. Oh what a wonderful nation we would have if only every man holding the office of the president were to be a committed believer of these few words. "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." Would one committed to those words, commit adultery? Lie? Steal? Commit treason? Rape? Murder? Sell out our allies? Attack other nations? Appoint communists and fascists to positions such as Justices of the Supreme Court and Attorneys General? God blessed America when she feared Him, now, it appears, she may face His wrath. But that would just be the beginning of having public servants who would be committed to Our Lord, what else would we want from them? Well, we would want men who passed and enforced laws that did not conflict with the word of God. Acts 4:19 19 But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. When men pass laws protecting, abortion, homosexuality and adultery, when they make exceptions to the prohibition against murder, pass legislation legalizing bribery, cheating, perjury and treason, these are not men of God, and they are certainly not Christians, but what is worse, is that so many wearing badges and officiating in courts and district attorneys offices that go to church on Sundays and call themselves Christians, enforce these laws. But, they aren't! How can a man say he is a follower of Christ while doing what is right in the eyes of satan and turning his back on the Laws of God? Has not Jesus told us that we can not serve two masters. Matthew 6:24 24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. You can not be Pro Life and vote for a pro abortion candidate! You can not be a Christian wearing a badge and arrest men for trying to stop an abortion! You can not be a Christian judge and find guilty a man who blocks the driveway of a planned parenthood center or turns an abortion mill into a dung hill. You can not stand up for the laws of God on Sunday and protect satan's organizations, deeds and doers of those deeds the other six days a week! You are either a follower of the Lord Jesus who and make no mistake about this, He is the Christ, He is God! He isn't your friend, He isn't your daddy, He isn't your little dough boy, He is your Master, your Creator, your Owner and you are nothing but the first that He made and reformed. You keep thinking God is to kind to send anyone to hell, and you'll end up there. You accept the fact that some half-witted lawyer who bribed a governor can sit on judgement of you here on earth and fine you money or put you in jail. Yet you refuse to accept the fact that God almighty, He who created you and the half-witted buffoon sitting on the bench, appropriately wearing black, can't judge you? Well, if you're right, then the bible is wrong, for the bible very clearly tells us that we have one life to live and then comes the judgement. Hebrews 9:27 27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: Think for a minute, think about what our Declaration of independence and written Constitution guarantee us. Unlike every other country in the world, we are a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy, not with a king, not with elected public leaders, but the only Constitutional Republic, a form of government making us the masters and those in office our public servants. We don't have leaders in government, we have servants. This government can not pass and enforce laws allowing, condoning and protecting the practice of homosexuality, legalized infanticide called abortion, pornography, treason and perjury, without our express permission. And the permission we have given, for it is we who hire those who serve as our servants on the national, state and local level. And it is us God will judge for kicking Him out of the public schools. It is us He will judge and hold responsible for every one of the babies He sent us and we allowed to be slaughtered, cut up and sold for profit. I say this to you in all honesty, it will be better for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgement then it will be for this Constitutional Republic we call the United States and if you don't think so, then you just keep following Clinton, his minions and his ilk straight into hell. How much longer America? How much longer are you going to turn from the Lord your God and follow the leadership of satan, his minions and his ilk, his followers in high public office and his high priest the abortionist? How much longer are you going to supply him with the sacrifices his high priest, the abortionist, offers to him? How much longer America? How much longer? Let us pray, Oh Lord God in heaven, help us Lord to understand that it is You we must follow, help us Lord to hear through all the noise, help us Lord to see through all the smog, help us Lord to be lead by Your Spirit, the Holy Ghost in understanding your words, precepts and rules. Help us lord to do what is right in your sight, help us Lord to be the people you would have us to be. Oh Lord Jesus in heaven forgive us, forgive us for the things we have said done and thought that have offended you, the Father and the holy Spirit. Help us lord to put our ears to the door post, help us Lord to be acceptable in Your sight, help us Lord to find the courage and the honestly and the morality to end the corruption and the child slaughter, help us to burn down the high places and return to the nation of our forefathers, This we pray to the Father in the name of the Son, Amen.
