This is an old photo, probably from the Nineties. I would have grabbed a newer one but this one actually mentioned Earth Hour so I couldn't resist. That very faint dot is Pyongyang. In current photos, it finally looks like a very tiny city but it does have some light finally. And the Chinese border is now lit up pretty decently.
