Whoa! That headline is as startling as "Dog Bites Man" or "Obama Broke the Law".
Pretty typical, even though it was a parody. Happened to catch part of a "Cops" episode where a midget was arrested after taking off his shirt and flexing his muscles. Apparently the chickenshit cop took it as a threat.
Ya with midgets it's best to shoot first ask questions later. Never know what those creepy little fuckers will do.
