Poster Comment: Lately I've been watching Tiny House Nation on our cable TV. They come up with some very interesting and clever ways to efficiently utilize very small space. Of course you have to be an extremely well organized neat-freak to avoid it quickly becoming a totally disheveled pig-sty. But it's an interesting contrast to the wasteful McMansions that were built during the housing boom of the '90s. I need a little more elbow room too, Chuck. 96 ft2 is ridiculous, but a McMansion is excessive and cumbersome. Everybody's needs are different... so it makes sense to carefully consider what the "right size" is to be economically, efficiently & sensibly comfortable without wastefully extravagent or ostentatious. And "efficient" and "economical" doesn't have to mean "cheap""spartan" "crude" & "unattractive." Some of these smaller cabins and cottages are really quite luxurious and attractive!!!
