I merely stated to the person who called for th edeath penalty on basically a crazy homeless person is that the punishment of death does not fit the crime and in fact can't apply to the insane for mercy reasons. I'm for the death penalty to the extent that I think if anyone murdered a family member of mine or a good friend. I would want the state to execute them. On the other hand I think they get the wrong person sometimes. Probably not often. I think that is terrible. So I understand why some people oppose the death penalty.
