But it doesn't say much for the U.S. Air Force that the likes of him could become a commissioned officer, much less a captain in a missile squadron, at Minot AFB in North Dakota.
The press release from a flak at the sprawling military installation near the Canadian border said Brown "led a violent street gang that took money for sex with underage girls."
The captain had been a member of the 742nd Missile Squadron before being administratively reassigned to the 91st Missile Wing Safety Office.

He was convicted of having sex with two girls (under 16) and being the mastermind of a group of predators who preferred sex with young teens.
Ironically, it was an adult female that alerted authorities to begin an investigation into Brown's criminal activities.
The victim told OSI and civilian cops that Brown had slipped her a "mickey" in a drink and she later woke up nude, realizing the captain had just had sex with her against her will.
The former missileer was sentenced to 25 years in prison, dismissal from the military, and forfeiture of all pay and allowances, a spokesperson said.
