How about a category for arts and entertainment?
Perhaps it could be folded in with Sports? Arts/Entertainment/Sports? Or not.
Or is there already such a category and I have somehow missed it.
IMO, there are too many categories already. It's true that nothing fits your description exactly, but try to fit in in somewhere anyway, IMO. Maybe you should start a ping list? Go to setup/subscription pings and subscribe to a ping list, or write a new one in at the bottom.

IMO, there are too many categories already.
That's the case with nearly every message board I've ever been on. Most boards could use some consolidation. Arts/entertainment is a standard category/forum/section on many boards, and I initially suggested possibly folding this in with Sports so that it would not create an additional category.
