Muath al-Kaseasbeh by the terror group ISIS. "Once again he refuses to acknowledge what we all know: this was the work of Islamic extremists," Starnes said. "The president spoke briefly, using words like 'defeat' and 'degrade.' Degrade? ISIS does not need to be degraded. They need to be destroyed. Obliterated. Wiped off the face of the Earth." Tea Party Reveler, I was on a B-52 crew that carpet bombed in Vietnam and without question killed many. It was not something I "wanted" to do and it was not something I was proud of. It was just something I did when ordered to do so, to fulfill my duty as a Air Force Officer. I do advocate "certain torture"....specifically waterboarding, being forced to stand for hours, kept in complete darkness, deprived of sleep for hours and other such methods anytime and anywhere they can be used to defeat these Islamic militant monsters. I do believe in jail time for convicted criminals, judged guilty by their peers....and the death penalty for those convicted of heinous crimes against humanity. All this should never make me a "sicko"....but so be if it does! I went through these "torture" procedures during POW training, except waterboarding which was not known at that time. We were huddled together in a dirt underground cavern and blasted by a water hose ever so often....I guess that was "water boarding" in those days. I remember the worst of all these procedures for me to this day. It was being placed in a squatting position in a slotted box where the top and sides were cranked down and in every thirty minutes. The POW training was to enable us to know what to expect if we were captured, to recognize our weakness and what would be our breaking point. All this while you were "flying around the world as a loadmaster (or whatever), staying in the best hotels and screwing many beautiful women." And the other things you openly bragged about in your posts. You immature whippersnapper, please don't even try tell me I know nothing of war and never attempt to lecture me again. You have no standing from which to launch such an attack. I have said more here than I have ever wanted to and never before posted. But I simply could not stand by and let your scurrilous and unfounded attack stand. I lost friends flying over Nam and will forever realize that "BFTGOG goes me." Andy Anderson and Dick Zuber. Zuber actually started his Air Force career flying B-24s in WW2.
