The Daily Mail first reported that Cruz had used the drug.
"Teenagers are often known for their lack of judgment, and Sen. Cruz was no exception," a Cruz spokesman told the British paper. "When he was a teenager, he foolishly experimented with marijuana. It was a mistake, and he's never tried it since."
The admission makes Cruz the latest presidential candidate to own up to trying the drug. Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) recently copped to smoking pot while in high school as well.
Anyone who gets a tattoo is either stoned or an idiot.
In Gatlin's version of America - all tattoos will be licensed and approved by the state.
In my version of America, tattoos represent poor judgment and therefore are negatively stereotyped for good reason. They are negatively stereotyped because 99.9% of them look trashy and/or out-of-place on the natural human body. One of the biggest reasons why they are negatively stereotyped, is that they distract from then wearers "presence" and therefore are considered a nuisance.
What I see in someone with a highly-visible, gaudy tattoo is that they were so unhappy with what nature gave them that they felt they had to out and augment it somehow. Tattoos limit a persons opportunities in life because of their negative connotations and associations...40% of companies will not hire a person with tattoos. When I see a person with a tattoo, I see the tattoo, not the person.
The American Society for Dermatologic Surgery estimates there were about 96,000 tattoo removal procedures last year, a 52 percent increase over 2013. According to a British survey, more than a third of people who get inked start to regret it after about 14 years. Buy stock now in tat-removal techs and business!
