HOUSTON - It's behavior you would never expect from a UPS worker and it's all caught on camera. The worker dumps the packages he's delivering and then decides to relieve himself.
"I don't know how UPS trains their employees to go to the bathroom, but probably not someone's yard," said Ben Lucas, the homeowner.
Lucas watched the video over and over again.
"It's not like the cameras are hidden, he did a quick look around," said Lucas.
He was already outraged by the way the guy threw the packages, that cracked the shell of his brand new ammo cleaning machine. But what happened next outraged him even more.
"You're paying someone to take a package to go from point A to point B, so basically I paid someone to come to my house and pee on it," said Lucas.
Ben says he called UPS repeatedly telling them what happened.
"I wasn't happy with that response, that's why I figured how to video edit," said Lucas.
He made sure to post the video on the UPS Facebook page, and on ours as well.
"They didn't want to see it, now they're going to see it," said Lucas.
A supervisor called and gave ben the apology he had been waiting for.
"She was apologetic and wants to send me a 'we're sorry' gift," said Lucas.
The driver was seasonal. UPS officials wouldn't confirm if the driver was fired because he is seasonal or because of the incident. Lucas was able to get a replacement on the items he purchased.
