Fred Thompson by all reports is expected to announce that he is running for President tomorrow. The little actor turned Presidential candidate is announcing the day after a debate in New Hampshire. He is obviously announcing after the debate because he is afraid. Afraid that someone might watch the debate and see him and not like what they see. So Thompson is going to enter the race. It is obvious what he is doing. He wanted to wait until the last minute because he thinks it will give him an edge. He thinks since there is less time to examine him, less time for him to mess up. That he can come in and be vague and win. I expect him to talk in three to five word sound bites. Time will tell if the sheep in this country fall for his act.
