Indiana resident Eric Hartsburg says former Repblican candidate was "stupid enough to mess up" 2012 bid, and he is having tattoo removed It was a show of support for Mitt Romney's 2012 presidential bid that made bumper stickers and lapel badges look like an embarrassing display of apathy. Indiana resident Eric Hartsburg had a permanent tattoo of the Republican candidates's campaign logo inked onto his face during Mr Romney's battle with Barack Obama for the White House three years ago. So it would seem a worrying sign of how far the former Massachussetts governors' support base has eroded that Mr Hartsburg has declared he will not even be supporting Mr Romney's candidacy in next year's US elections.

Word through the grapevine is that the Romney 2016 campaign is payment of his debt, for Rand Paul's endorsement in '12. Romney will split the neocon progressive vote with Jeb, while Rand cruises to victory in the primaries, and then onward to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
No way. Mitt and his wife were very sweet to give Ron and his wife a ride on their plane when Ron's campaign plane broke down. So there is some genuine friendship between them. Romney no doubt likes some of Ron's ideas but think they belong back in the Fifties. That's what the GOP elite is like.
This is not a man that makes wise decisions. In fact,I am shocked he didn't vote for Obomber.
