Not really. I fail to see the humor here. I am curious as to why Stone chose to name the new moderator Devil Anse, since a moderator is purely an arbitrator or mediator. As such, he is charged with seeing that a group does what it is supposed to do and nothing more. When relating to the name Devil Anse, it generates a question asking how a moderator can be named after a person who led his family in a feud that started when his brother was murdered and he had the three individuals responsible killed? Devil Anse was driven by a strong and unreasoning desire for revenge. One would think a better name for a moderator or mediator would be something like Ahura Mazda, which in Persian mythology means "lord of wisdom." If Ahura Mazda has a too foreign sounding ring to it, then he could "name his boy, Sue." It's no fun hanging out with a vindictive person like Devil Anse. Sue, is easier to handle. It was stated on the Internet that most moderators are driven by their lust for power therefore causing suffering and hatred at every turn. I believe Stone picked the right person fitting the former, let's hope the latter doesn't happen. We all shall see. Whatever happened to the moderator Stone had some time ago?

Nope. I only expressed curious interest as to why Stone chose to name the new moderator “Devil Anse.” It seem such an inappropriate, unworthy and degrading title for such a responsible position. Would it would not be easier and simpler to use the standard “Moderator” title? Can you take time to satisfy my curiosity?
He chose the name. I didn't have a clue who Devi Anse is/was.
Bad choice to use as the name of a moderator. It's an oxymoron. The moderator is not here to feud and kill like Devil Anse. He is here to keep the forum flowing smoothly. Besides, the word "Devil" is a turnoff in itself. Please pick a more befitting title, one that properly conveys what his duties are. Just call him what he is, a "Moderator." Don't jazz it up and "fock" it up.
You might be scared straight by the devil.
