At the suggestion of LP user "sneakypete" I called the police department in Goldi's town to do a courtesy safety check on her. They in turn referred me to the sheriff's office where an officer duly took the information and checked on her status. It is my sad duty to report that Goldi passed away over a month ago. (Although I had known her for many years it was not unusual for me not to hear from her for a month or more if there were no LP issues.) The circumstances are that UPS packages were piling up in front of her condo, so the management called police on November 13th to check on her. She was found deceased inside her condo unit. The officer that I dealt with was kind, professional, and patient. He also provided me with a case number and contact where I can obtain more details during the county's normal business hours. What this means for LP -- right now I don't know. We'll have to figure that one out.

You despised her, moron. Openly. Toadying hypocrite. It's always sad and terrible when someone dies alone and lonely. She was as dumb as a post. Doesn't matter now. Didn't matter much before. There. I've yet to see a more honest post on the subject.

Of course! The same goes for everyone on these boards. Some can turn out worse than they seem, some much better. I remain hopeful. We even thought we knew goldi, to some extent. Not really. I hope she had a full and happy life.

Really didn't take long before people stopped caring about goldi and started trying to have the forum run the way they want, lol. Asswipe Gatlin shows up for his quarterly visit, lies about emailing with goldi, and starts heading in the direction of getting yukon back. Both sysadmin and neil don't see what he's up to because they aren't familiar with him.
Isn't it time to rotate to the older Biff picture and "say hello to your grandma for me"?
Gee, none of those emails looked like he was Goldi's sounding board, lol. Guess we'll just have to accept his version since he regularly purges his emails and is a high ranking something or other. Hilarious to see his number one pick for moderator hates yukon! Oh the tedium when that windbag posts.
Oh my goodness, I must mention that I noticed Stone We're being monitored carefully. Presumably, everything is being reported to the DHS tip line, Big Sis!

I could have completely ignored what Biff said if it had been a stand alone comment by Biff. But when I "perceived" him essentially agreeing with Biff ... that bothered me. It should not have.
