BJ Barone and Frankie Nelson recently became dads to a beautiful baby named Milo, and Canadian photographer Lindsay Foster captured the first time they held their newborn son.
Heartstrings of people all over the world were tugged by these amazing, intimate moments, and the photos have since become viral
Barone and Nelson took their shirts off for the first cuddle moments. Skin-to-skin contact, also known as “kangaroo cuddling,” has a calming effect for newborn babies. The skin contact and the rhythm of a parent’s heartbeat are thought to reduce the baby’s stress level.
