Ricki D. Williams IV, 18, of Youngstown, was held without bond after a court hearing Wednesday in the June 23 death of 16-year-old Gina Burger. Investigators said he confessed to killing the girl, whose body was found in a Pennsylvania landfill two days later. Burger was stabbed inside an apartment at a complex in the Youngstown suburb of Austintown where she lived with her mother, police said. Growing up in such an environment, I’m puzzled how anyone ever was relaxed around them; it is probably because in other environments there is less hostility/violence (the urban permanent underclass is the epitome of racial animosity). I’ve had black female coworkers describe the resentment they feel when they see black men with white women; I’ve never felt that way one bit. Coming from a matriarchal society, urban black men have little use for their women except as accomplices in fleecing the welfare gravy train.
