Chief Information Officer Tony Trenkle will step down on Nov. 15 and move into a private sector position, according to an email circulated to agency employees and quoted by the New York Times. Trenkle declined to discuss his future plans with the newspaper. Both House Ways and Means Committee Chair Dave Camp (R-MI) and House Oversight Chair Darrell Issa (R-CA) have issued subpoenas aimed at getting CMS and the administration to release available enrollment data from HealthCare.gov.
