Day 28 - The Obamacare Death March nolu chan The putrid, rotting undead corpse of OBAMAcare continues to crawl its way to become the everlasting symbol of the Democratic party. They own this disaster. They have fought like liberals to keep every new tax and prevent any delay. No effort was too much, whether it be shutting down the government or threatening the world economy. Recently Consider the call below. The operator at the Healthcare Marketplace was Earline Davis, seemingly a nice lady. She was fired the next day for talking to Sean Hannity. As we all know, in regular civilian employment the employee works at the pleasure of his or her employer and can be so fired. However, the civil service employee has a property right in the position and cannot be fired without administrative due process. That process does not run its course overnight. It seems apparent that the Healthcare Marketplace operators are not government employees, but that the entire phone bank is a government contracted telemarketing phone bank. They have a week of training the answer the phone and read scripts. And, as Ms. Davis noted, "No one is able to get in, but if they call us, we can help them fill out an application, as long as they went online to create an account first." Sean asked, "Tell me, have you ever caught anybody that really likes it yet?" Ms. Davis replied, "Ahhh, no, not really." So this is about the new Obamacare Health Care, how to get on the website phone number, right? [EARLINE DAVIS] Yes, sir. [SEAN HANNITY] Are a lot of people calling? Because they're having trouble... I've been having trouble getting on the website. [EARLINE DAVIS] Right now, from what I've heard, our system is down for like the next 42 hours. No one is able to get in, but if they call us, we can help them fill out an application, as long as they went online to create an account first. [SEAN HANNITY] Well, that's the point, I can't get online to create the account, so how would I be able to create the account, if the website's down for the next 42 hours? [EARLINE DAVIS] You would have to wait until the 42 hours is up. [Excerpt 2 — 3:31 to 4:45] [EARLINE DAVIS] Everyone is trying to get in at on time, and we're having a lot of glitches in the system. [SEAN HANNITY] A lot of glitches in the system? Did they tell you to tell us that? [EARLINE DAVIS] We have a script for that. [SEAN HANNITY] Can you read the script so I can hear it fully? [EARLINE DAVIS] Yes, sir. [SEAN HANNITY] Ok, let's hear it. Alright, she's got the script so... you know the benefit of this? I'm saving... we've got 15 million listeners. That's 15 million of you don't have to call in because we've got all the help right here. And we'll get the script read to us immediately. [EARLINE DAVIS] Ok, are you ready? We are having a lot of visitors trying to use our website right now. This is causing some glitches for some people trying to create an account or log in. Keep trying and thanks for your patience. You might have better success during off-peak hours like later at night, or early in the mornings. We'll continue working to improve the site so you can get covered." [EARLINE DAVIS] And that's it. [Excerpt 3 — 6:51 to 7:23] [EARLINE DAVIS] It would seem early in the morning and late at night. But some people say they do that and they still can't get in. [SEAN HANNITY] So, people are reporting to you the real deal. [EARLINE DAVIS] Yes sir, they are. [SEAN HANNITY] Yeah. Tell me, have you ever caught anybody that really likes it yet? [EARLINE DAVIS] Ahhh, no, not really. Vince, the Shamwow Guy President Obama advised the nation that they could dial an 800 number and enroll in OBAMAcare. Many might think they gave their personal information to a government employee working in a government office, believing that all was safe and secure, as opposed say, to giving their personal information with telemarketing operator.

[SEAN HANNITY] So, they're really telling you to tell us to check back in on the website in off-hours. I mean, does that mean I should go on at 3 in the morning?
