Some of the people who were riding the three buses that crashed on Saturday. (WTOP/Kathy Stewart) WASHINGTON - There was trouble this morning for some of the many people headed to the 50th-anniversary commemoration of the March on Washington.
Three charter buses taking a group from Detroit into downtown D.C. got into an accident around 8 a.m. near Connecticut Avenue and Devonshire Place in Northwest.
Metropolitan Police Department Capt. Jeffrey Herold says that five people were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
