The Oklahoma teens, who face first-degree murder charges, have been named as Chancey Luna, James Edwards and Michael Jones, News.com.au has reported. But their parents yesterday protested their innocence. Jennifer Luna, whose son is suspected of firing the fatal shot, claimed her son was at home saying: "My son is not that way. My son is a good kid." Video on Vine surfaced of one of the accused, James Edwars, brandishing a gun, and saying, "B---h we up dem poles, f--- with me." Evidentially it was the gun that decided to murder this young man instead of the baby thugs.

There is talk about trying the Baby Bangers as adults,but we all know that even if they do,the bangers will end up in Juvie on appeal and be out of jail by the time they are 21. They may even have their arrest records wiped clean.

The media is reporting that they 'randomly' targeted the young man. There are specific elements to a hate crime and they vary by jurisdiction, so I am interested in watching how this morbid killing and its prosecution develops. I noticed elsewhere that they showed a picture of the white mother of one of the killers saying her son couldn't have done this. Watching how this develops...
Yup. He was the first random cracker to come running past that they could safely shoot in the back. There are specific elements to a hate crime and they vary by jurisdiction, so I am interested in watching how this morbid killing and its prosecution develops. It's not going to be a hate crime,chances are they are going to be portrayed as vic-tums ob de system seeking juz-tize fo Travon,and every one of them will be on the streets again by the time they are 21. Providing of course one of their homies doesn't kill them while they are in juvie. One thing you can be sure of is none of them are going to be tried as adults. That was nothing more than a bargaining ploy by the DA to get them to go for a plea bargain and to testify against each other. BTW,it was her son that was fingered by the others as the shooter.
