It is not about reducing crime or creating a more "civilized" society at all according to newspaper pundit from The Toledo Blade and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and former Ambassador to "various African states" Dan Simpson. Since the VT shootings in Blacksburg, Virginia, we have seen all manner of wild-eyed, anti-gunners come out of the woodwork to cynically use this crime as a chance to beat their gun grabbing drums. But, proposing that we send government Stormtroopers to smash down the doors of every home with a gun in it to confiscate their Constitutionally legal firearms is a step I haven't seen in a purportedly responsible newspaper. That is, until the Toledo Blade published a proposal for taking away our right to self-protection that included "Special squads of police" with unlimited powers to confiscate all guns. A hit squad that would traipse about the country invading homes at will and accosting peaceful citizens everywhere. The author of this tyrannical proposal is Dan Simpson, who is described as "a retired Ambassador" and a "member of the editorial boards of The Blade and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. " He is a former US Ambassador to various African states... which can easily be read to mean one who thinks government knows best, darn the citizen's rights, apparently.]} Apparently this traitor has learned very well from the African dictators that he was "Ambassador" to the ways of the police state as we will now see. {[From http://newsbusters.org/node/12358 The piece that oozes from his pen seems overly long, the first half being an attempt by this anti-gun advocate to make it seem as if he really loves guns. After all, he played Cowboys and Indians as a kid and also had a Red Ryder BB gun. Then, later in life, carried a .357 as a "diplomat". But after the hard to believe disclaimers are dispensed with, Simpson launches into his gun banning proposal. "Now, how would one disarm the American population? First of all, federal or state laws would need to make it a crime punishable by a $1,000 fine and one year in prison per weapon to possess a firearm. The population would then be given three months to turn in their guns, without penalty." There is a major problem legally with this supposed diplomat's plans. He never once mentions that the 2nd Amendment is a Constitutional right of the people to keep and bear arms. His proposal is completely illegal according to the Constitution of the USA unless a Constitutional Convention is called to consider amending the law of the land. One would think that an "Ambassador" would be interested in little things like following the law... but apparently not Mr. Simpson. Worse, and as mentioned, he wants to form a veritable Stormtrooper army that will maraud throughout the country. "The disarmament process would begin after the initial three-month amnesty. Special squads of police would be formed and trained to carry out the work. Then, on a random basis to permit no advance warning, city blocks and stretches of suburban and rural areas would be cordoned off and searches carried out in every business, dwelling, and empty building. All firearms would be seized. The owners of weapons found in the searches would be prosecuted: $1,000 and one year in prison for each firearm. ... On the streets it would be a question of stop-and-search of anyone, even grandma with her walker, with the same penalties for "carrying." Perhaps Mr. Simpson became too used to the despotic, all powerful leaders in the failed African states to which he was sent as Ambassador and their style of autocratic government made him envious. But whatever the case, Simpson truly has no grasp of the country in which he lives because he doesn't mention any of it. Soffritti was in New York on Monday, 23 April, to accept a prestigious academic award and to talk about a second study his institute is conducting with lower doses of aspartame. This legislation was planned over the past few years working hand-in-glove with the FDA's dysfunctional management and legal team meaning this legislation was written for the profits of Big Pharma and Big Biotech AT THE EXPENSE OF SAFETY AND HUMAN HEALTH. S1082 is a Trojan Horse bill that pretends to address safety issues. Unbelievably, the bill turns the FDA into a drug development company that will expose Americans to new and dangerous biological drugs that have little testing to prove safety or effectiveness. And to top it off, the bill gives broad new regulatory powers to the FDA that can be used to frivolously attack dietary supplements and forward the FDA management's anti-American globalization agenda. On April 18, 2007, S1082 was approved by the HELP committee (which Kennedy and Enzi control) and now moves to the floor of the Senate. In a slick move, Kennedy has attached his long-planned FDA/Big Pharma ?reform? measures to the renewal of PDUFA (Prescription Drug User Fee Act). Current PDUFA law expires later this year and must be reviewed by Congress. PDUFA allows Big Pharma to pay the FDA fees to speed the approval of its drugs. The new Kennedy bill will increase these FDA bribes to 380 million dollars in 2008, well over 50% of the FDA budget for new drug approvals. This is like paying the mob for protection. Through this foundation the FDA is seeking broad new regulatory power that it currently does not possess. This will include the authority to attack any dietary supplement (which are food ingredients) as unsafe based on its use of ?Critical Path? technology. This means the FDA will use proteomics (the advanced study of proteins in biological systems) to assess changes in biomarkers (the change in the state of a protein at the molecular level) in order to establish whatever it wants to consider as a risk. Capitalizing on the loophole, its ad both failed to describe the condition it is intended to treat and failed to describe the risks and benefits associated with taking the drug. Gun violence has killed more people than war has killed soliders in America. Virginia Tech was a tragedy, but unfortuntely such tragedies are hardly infrequent? week after week, gun deaths claim life after life after life. And yet we continue to avoid change. Our legislators continue to listen to the NRA and their members, who even threaten to lynch them. Commonsense and reasonable gun laws get knocked down again and again, while laws that do nothing but make citizens less safe get even their vetos overridden. The gun guys often argue that car accidents kill more children in the US then gun violence does, but if the trends continue the way they?re going, that won?t be true for long. "Those who are interested in the safety and well-being of children should keep in mind that only motor vehicle accidents and cancer kill more children in the U.S. than firearms. A study released a few years ago by the Harvard School of Public Health compared firearm mortality rates among youngsters 5 to 14 years old in the five states with the highest rates of gun ownership with those in the five states with the lowest rates. The results were chilling. Children in the states with the highest rates of gun ownership were 16 times as likely to die from an accidental gunshot wound, nearly seven times as likely to commit suicide with a gun, and more than three times as likely to be murdered with a firearm. Only a lunatic could seriously believe that more guns in more homes is good for America?s children." Enough is enough. Yesterday, anti-gun-violence advocates appeared outside the Capitol, along with leaders and legislators from districts around the state. And what they said differed very greatly from what came out of a gun guys rally a few days earlier. "Gun-control supporters made their case for more restrictive gun laws at a small event Thursday that sharply contrasted with a rally two days earlier in which hundreds of gun-rights advocates demanded an expansion of those rights. ?Surely, there is something more we can be doing to prevent the death of innocent Pennsylvanians throughout the state,? said Diane Edbril, executive director of CeaseFirePA, citing Philadelphia?s surging homicide rate. The news conference took place just before the House Judiciary Committee was to hold a public hearing on bills that included proposals to limit gun purchases to one per month and require the reporting of lost or stolen handguns. Edbril was joined by the mayors of Reading and Lancaster and state Rep. Jewell Williams, D-Philadelphia." That?s how you bring the wants and needs of the people to the legislature. Ceasefire PA has been doing good work in that state for a long time, and they?re representing well what the citizens of Pennsylvania have been asking for: stronger gun laws that can finally give them a hold on the crime happening in cities like Philadelphia. Unfortunately, legislators aren?t listening to Ceasefire PA. Progress is being made? a public hearing on these bills is a great step in the right direction, and hopefully will lead to passage of all of these measures? but legislators in Pennsylvania have so far refused to pass any sort of gun legislation. In fact, they?re following the will of the gun guys who appeared two days earlier on the Capitol steps? and threatened to lynch a lawmaker who supported stronger gun laws. "A Philadelphia lawmaker said Wednesday he has asked Capitol police to investigate whether any laws were broken when two participants in a gun-rights rally held up a banner calling for him to be ?hung from the tree of liberty.? ?The banner was displayed in the Capitol Rotunda during Tuesday?s rally in protest of legislation sponsored by Cruz, a Democrat of Puerto Rican descent, to require gun registration and a $10-a-gun annual fee. The banner said Cruz ?should be hung from the tree of liberty for treasonous acts against the constitution.? Black lawmakers have denounced the message as racist and ?a terroristic threat."? So let?s review. Advocates of strong laws against gun violence are supported by the public, appear peacefully on the Capitol steps with community leaders, and yet can't seem to get legislators to even consider their legislation. But Pennsylvania's lawmakers continue to support, vote for, and pass the policies of those who bring ?terroristic threats? to their doorstep and threaten to lynch a Representative. What?]} All I can say is what the (Censored) do these owlHOOTs expect when they are talking about REPEALING a lynch pin amendment to our Constitution (While there is none of this in this week's examples, http://www.gunguys.com is always pushing for repeal of the Second Amendment as a device to justify gun grabber laws) and busting into our houses to steal our private property in CIVIL warmongering TREASONOUS violation of the rest of the Constitution AND their own "statute" law. It genuinely is time to get back to the good old 19th century standards of justice for rapists, murderers and TRAITORS. As you know in the most recent bites I have been showing the worse examples of the propaganda of a gun grabber site known as Gun Guys http://(www.gunguys.com). this site is NOT on its own but is basically the satellite site of a major gun grabbing operation falsely called the Freedom States Alliance (http://www.freedomstatesalliance.com/). One thing that should concern us about the Freedom States Alliance over ALL other Gun Grabber organizations and websites is the hidden nature of its sponsorship. (While the Freedom States Alliance mentions several other gun grabber groups and gives their website addresses it mentions them as RECIPIENTS, not SPONSORS. The Sponsorship of the site, exactly who maintains it and who collects the money from donations from it remains hidden. (Same for http://www,gunguys.com and other satellite websites of the Freedom States Alliance.) I also have my suspicions about this particular gun grabber site and school and workplace shootings. As you can see most of the bites this week have been about the depopulationist arm of the NWO and its hold over the FDA. It is also my belief that depopulationists also hold most of the power in the gun grabber movement because it is obvious that you are not going to get the massive populations reductions the depopulationists want by chemtrails, designer diseases and designer poisons in the food supply like Aspartame alone. It would in fact require an asteroid impact or the eruption of a super caldera volcano like Yellowstone to do it. or mass civil disarmament and concentration camp style elimination on a level that would dwarf any police state mass elimination done before!!! It is NOT beyond the mentality of a gun grabber dedicated to such a program of mass elimination of up to two thirds of the human race to shoot about twenty or thirty people in a school and turn the gun on himself. It would not even require the elaborate "mind control slave" theories we often hear about in the more exotic alternative news sites to turn a gun grabber also dedicated to mass depopulation into a school shooter. All it would require is the normal television/public school classroom level of propaganda brainwash to the effect that the would be shooter himself is a worthless part of the "surplus population" if the person is suceptable to those things. There are at least two things we know for certain about the relationship between gun grabber sites like the Freedom States Alliance and school shooters. And they are this. 1. School and workplace shootings and assassinations of government officials or other famous people always occur when the "gun control" issue is "quiet" in legislative sessions and political campaigns. (As a forinstance even infamous gun grabbers like Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein, Hillary Clinton, Rudy Guiliani, Teddy Kennedy and barbara Boxer did not mention the issue in their campaigns for public office in 2006 and for 2008). 2. The shootings always lead eventually to the passages of new gun grabber laws, mostly at the local and state levels but sometimes at the federal level. (The Gun Control Act of 1968, The Brady Law and the former Feinstein "Assault Weapon" ban being prime examples at the Federal level. This bite is not just a criticism of another gun grabber site. It is a CALL on all members of the forums on which the bites are posted who are still members of any gun rights organization to call on that organization to investigate the Freedom Sates Alliance for it appears to be a coalescing of ALL the Gun Grabber groups under a HIDDEN sponsorship that smells of depopulation the New World Order and the TRUE ORIGINS of the school and workplace shootings just like a week old fish.
