Billionaire John Catsimatidis is rubbing shoulders with the darlings of the GOP as he runs for mayor of New York. On Wednesday, Catsimatidis tweeted a picture of himself schmoozing with former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush at a New York party to celebrate Bush’s newest book, “Immigration Wars.” Bush was in the Big Apple for a party Tuesday night at the Fifth Ave. home of Jets owner Woody Johnson, a high-profile Republican donor.
