(CNSNews.com) – House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said the definition of an “amateur” is to “cast blame on everyone else” and “to not take responsibility for what you are responsible for.” During a Thursday press conference on Capitol Hill, a reporter began to ask Pelosi about Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio), who earlier in the day blamed the Senate for not addressing expiring student loan rates.
