Like l’affaire Imus in reverse, why did denouncing them remain fair game long after it was clear that the charges against them could not be true, and that even most of the misbehavior originally alleged about the team party was distorted or false?" A better issue to address than any raised by this editorial is, "And why were members of the faculty and administration, who should have been standing up for due process, so eager to paint bull's eyes as targets on the players' backs?"

Because this was Duke the entire administration is unbelievavly PC left,the whore involved is black,and the alleged perps were all whites from privileged families. Their knees were so busy jerking they weren't even able to walk until they declared all the crackers to be the racist honkies they really are,and the black crack ho was obviously a vick-tum ob white racism. What else could they do?
