Mike you are such a loser. First Reagan didn't start any free phone program. Mininggold is a liar.
Reagan was the first president to implement the Communications Act of 1934, which gave phones, lines and service to poor and rural people. I'll wait for your apology now.
I'm doing well and I hope you are doing likewise. The weather so far this summer is gorgeous. Everything is ripening two weeks early, and all at once.
I don't know how to explain this to you except to say that the Communications Act was passed in 1934 but was never implemented until Reagan chose to do so after he came into office. If it makes you feel better, it probably was at the behest of one of his corporate buddies who saw an opportunity to make a buck.

Lots of cool weather here this spring. Lots of rain too.
My garden is doing great.
I put two 20' rows of potatoes out this year. I never grew them before.
Along with about 39 tomato plants. Lots of heirloom tomatoes this year. Lots of bell peppers and various hot peppers. Some green beans. Zucchini and squash. Even did some onions this year.
Everything is coming in good. I do hate morning glories though.

You have to always get a dig in. That's ok I like to too.
I'll take your word that Reagan implemented this program. He didn't implement it to give people free phones. That is what Obama has done. Give deadbeats free phones that are probably tapped. I mean are surely tapped.
