Other then that how are you doing tonight? Pouring rain here. I'm doing well and I hope you are doing likewise. The weather so far this summer is gorgeous. Everything is ripening two weeks early, and all at once. I don't know how to explain this to you except to say that the Communications Act was passed in 1934 but was never implemented until Reagan chose to do so after he came into office. If it makes you feel better, it probably was at the behest of one of his corporate buddies who saw an opportunity to make a buck.
