Got it and replied back already. Thanks. This site has glitches or my 'puter is acting up. I sometimes have to log in more often than normal. Other times, I'll hit refresh and it will show me as logged in. I'd ask Neil to look into it, but this site is dead.

As much as I criticize elPee they seem to have a fairly active forum. The posters know the rules and push the envelope, i.e. "cop-sucker", etc. They stay in bounds and make it entertaining to lurk. Goldi banned me for yanking her chain one time too many. I still check there daily. I offered that advice to the ninny who runs TBL. It feel on deaf ears. I'm not sure if I'm permabanned or on some sort of 24-hour timeout. Technically, that site and my computer aren't very compatible. I'm going to night racing, final night, at Churchill. I was going to study the ponies, but I seem to do better at the betting windows when I don't.
I always did better with last minute hunches. Or seeing a horse just stand out in the post parade. I don't always like bowed necks in the warm up, in some horses it diminishes the air supply especially if they have 'flapper' problems.

Your articles are fine. Plus they keep the sidebar moving so the hate pieces eventually disappear. The first week I joined there was one of Murron's "I hate Christine" threads that seemed to take forever to go away. BTW Jpeg denies that there is such a thing as a mail order bride either, so one has to suspect he's not as well informed as he thinks he is or...... I always thought it was funny when White Sands used to castigate posters here for not posting articles.

And while I'm not an atheist, my personal religious viewpoints remain just that- personal. Wearing your beliefs on your sleeve, does not make one a good Christian. I hope you find a good forum Eric, because you are a very good interlocutor on one. Stone was lucky you stopped in. Stone is one of these people who like the Republicans to all be on message about how we need to change our laws to comport with God's Law, never mind the 1st Amendment that prohibits the establishment of a government sanctioned religion. 'God's Law' to the Stones of the world trumps the Constitution. And the Supreme Court is beginning to sanction this notion -- watch the outcome of the Hobby Lobby challenge to provisions in the Affordable Care Act based on religious beliefs. Why doesn't the Republican Party simply drop the pretense and rename themselves the Bible or God's Law Party like Stone would want them to because that is what most of them are today anyway. And with the Supreme Court stacked with Catholic's, what is to stop them?
