All it takes is to repeal the US Constitution,including the Bill of Rights,and then to declare a total all-out war on Islam,Africa,and any other region that resists Colonial Rule and the destruction of their religions and cultures.
Just as soon as they get finished with that there won't be any more wars,though.
Yeah,there will be occasional rebels that have to be executed for the Global Good (tm),but as a wise old Globalist once said "You can't make a omelet without breaking a few eggs,can you?" And HIS fellow Globalist and former ally once said things like "Let's split Poland","Send the trash people into the ovens!",etc,etc,etc. There will be some adjustments to be made,but they are all worth it as long as the "Right People" like Cronkite,the Kennedy's,and the other northeastern elitist families are left in charge.
