The public safety exception to Miranda has been recognized by the USSC since about 1980. Your entitled to disagree with the ruling, but to suggest the exception is not Constitutional isn't accurate.

I'm not for carving out any portion of the constitution. You change the constitution by amending it. The fourth amendment isn't an option to be carved up. Neither is the fourth. Or any for that matter.
The same court that mandates police give Miranda warnings to suspects also allows for public safety exceptions. The fact remains that under this jihadist administration terrorists rights come before the public safety, and you seem ok with that.
Miranda is consistent with the constitution. Forcing someone to speak violates their 1st 4ht and 5th amendment rights. Holding someone without charging them violate their habeus corpus rights. Naming someone an enemy combatant violates their right to a trial by jury. Anyone in the government that violates these rights should be tried for treason and beheaded.
Please cite your source - exactly when has Obama met with "the saudis" and specifically what were their "demands"? What does this "prime suspect" have to do with the bombing? Please provide proof. Miranda was not passed as a Constitutional amendment, so according to you it doesn't count. The public safety exemption is also consistent with the Constitution, see the Quarles case for more information.
They were terrorists working for Al Quaeda which is sufficient reason to treat them as enemy combatants. This connection to organized terror is exactly what the Obama administration is desperately trying to keep the American public from finding out.

It never occurs to the “journalists” who write for the MSM that the evidence could point to someone other than the Feds’ patsies as the real culprits. The fact that we have been lied to repeatedly by the Feds since this event took place never factors into their equation. The official affidavit doesn’t match the secret witness’ statement in fact it completely contradicts it. The claim that they had “chilling” video of one of the brothers dropping his bag at the scene of one of the bombing has never been backed up by an actual video and it never will because it doesn’t exist.

The fact that they claim to have video of the brothers calmly watching the carnage and then slowly walking away is directly contradicted by 1. the physical evidence of a photo of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev apparently running for his life, along with everyone else on the scene, as soon as the second bomb went off and 2. they have never produced so much as a still photo supporting their claims. That is to say nothing of their uncle’s connections to the CIA or the fact that the FBI ran around deleting witness’ pictures of the crime scene while they were supposedly looking for suspects. One lie after another and the MSM continues to serve as the propaganda arm of the Federal government, just as they have done for decades in this country.
And it gets REALLY surreal when that SAME pic of Dzhokhar can not be USED by the FBI ALSO because DZHOKHAR is STILL carrying his backpack in the NON photoshopped pic. MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
