To: All (#1) In actual fact, they just kept shooting at Dzhokhar for more than an hour, with no return fire ("Officials: Boston suspect had no firearm when barrage of bullets hit hiding place"), and it is completely clear he wasn't supposed to survive. Remember, they also shot Tamerlan to death, and made up a really tall tale that he died due to being run over by Dzhokhar. By the way, wasn't every single police action by the Boston police and FBI on this matter a complete and utter fuck-up?
