Anti-Gun Protester Says She’d Rather Be Murdered Than Use a Gun in Self-Defense By Jason Howerton A crowd of people rallied against gun violence at the Georgia State Capitol in honor of Trayvon Martin Tuesday, the one year anniversary of his shooting death. Many of the protesters were speaking out against so-called “stand your ground” laws, which allow gun owners to use deadly force if they feel as if their lives are in danger. During the rally, one female protester — wearing an Obama hat — told WGCL-TV that using a firearm in self-defense “is not an option.” “It’s not an option,” she repeated. The reporter then asked her, “But what if someone is trying to kill you?” She replied, “They’ll just have to kill me.” What an incredible admission on this woman’s part,” CNSNews.com’s Stephen Gutowski writes. “She’s willing to let everybody know that she’d rather be murdered than use a gun in self defense. She’d rather be a victim than be armed.” Another protester said gun control only hurts law-abiding gun owners, not criminals. “I think that people should have the right to defend themselves. It’s our Second Amendment right and any sort of legislation on guns or any sort of gun control, all it’s doing is hurting the victims.”

Come on Pete you don't really think that do you? A better idea would be she was under attack and somehow got a gun and wasted the dude. Then she came out and told the story of how the gun saved her life and changed her view.

Maybe someone should ask the woman this question. If you were a slave in the 1800's and master was going to shoot you and break up and sell your family. If you had a gun would you kill master to save your family?

You could always volunteer. Yeah,I could,but I'm not a murderer. Just don't expect me to feel sorry for or even make a move to save somebody so stupid they aren't willing to make the effort to save themselves. We already have too many professional victims in this country as it is,and our nation would only improve with fewer of them polluting our culture. If she's willing to submit to murder,I'm more than happy to let her.

What this woman states now may well be the complete opposite of what she would do if she were suddenly faced with the situation.
That's true. Reality has a way of changing your mind. But you are assuming a Obama Bot HAS even a trace of a mind. Plus, I doubt that woman even has a passing familiarity with reality. Not that it matters. She is blindly supporting her Chocolate Communist Messiah when it comes to disarming us and destroying our country,so I don't give a damn if she gets murdered or not. Well thank you very much. I did read The Stand many, many moons ago but, apparently that term didn't stick in my memory banks.
You're welcome...I have his entire collection (thanks to my son), King, Dean Koontz, and John Saul are three of my favorite authors. King, in his novel, and movie 'IT', has a thing going with 'Koonze', they like to poke fun at each other in their books, Henry Bower is locked up in the Maine state hospital for the criminally insane, and King gave the guard the name 'Koontz', he said.."I hate Koontz, he's the worst"....sort of a private joke between two competing authors.
