The hair reminds me vaguely of some old Soviet officials portrait,but the uniform seems vaguely Salvation Army. Whoever he was,the one thing we know about him for a fact is that he got picked on a lot when he was a kid.

Ok. Thanks for the information. I have nothing against ordinary Russians. The few I have talked to were quite bright.
And they tend to be much better educated too.

The ones I talked to were probably the brightest as they were exchange students I met while on vacations. I quite enjoyed my conversation with one particular guy who ran the bike rentals at Virginia Beach a couple of years ago.
I hope you checked their immigration status.
Some are very bright - energetic ! One middle age couple told me ... too hard to live in America --- you have to work for everything ! One ex army captain who does really good driving cross country fresh - frozen food deliveries out of LA told me it was too depressing to even think about going back ! One driving a taxi in chicago said he was working in a war zone sometimes ! Another told me back home it was dangerous if you were out of your neighborhood !
