If Dorner was innocent, then most probably the police officer’s daughter was murdered by the LAPD.
Then, when news reports described how police were gunning down people driving trucks like the one Dormer was driving, he knew it was either surrender to be assassinated or fight to stay alive.
Then, surely everything that Dorner did after that was legal, justified and a proper act of self-defense.
