The list is below (EOs), amount to things that should already be happening with coordination with LE agencies. The rest amount to nothing but political grandstanding. Also having a bunch of kids on stage amounts to exploitation. Here they are: 1. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system. 2. Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system. 3. Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system. 4. Direct the Attorney General to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks. 5. Propose rulemaking to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun. 6. Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers. 7. Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign. 8. Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission). 9. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations. 10. Release a DOJ report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make it widely available to law enforcement. 11. Nominate an ATF director. 12. Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations. 13. Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime. 14. Issue a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence. 15. Direct the Attorney General to issue a report on the availability and most effective use of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to develop innovative technologies. 16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes. 17. Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities. 18. Provide incentives for schools to hire school resource officers. 19. Develop model emergency response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education. 20. Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover. 21. Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within ACA exchanges. 22. Commit to finalizing mental health parity regulations. 23. Launch a national dialogue led by Secretaries Sebelius and Duncan on mental health

I went through this cycle in 1993 or so when Slick Willie was elected. Back then I was a rube and believed the rhetoric and still have weapons and ammo I purchased back then. I suppose I should shoot once in awhile...but my neighborhood has grown since then.

I'm confident my ammo is still good. I have some stuff that I got when I traded my old riding mower for an old SKS with ammo - that would have been more recent like 2000 or so - the ammo that the guy gave me was made in China, so I'd agree with you on that ammo. My neighbor has it on display in his war room - it has a bayonet attached and looks pretty good.
I have WW II and Korean war surplus ammo that I'm confident is still good.
I don't think anyone here would expect your knowledge of anything militaristic, regulated, or unregulated, to expand past the joys of waiting for the fleet to come in. jmho! (“You can't always control who walks into your life but, you can control which window you throw them out of.”)

At least four of these involve the DOJ and AG Eric Holder. Fast 'n Furious Holder is supposed to be some sort of role model for responsible gun running, or what? It's downright bizarre! Biden and his task force need to be in padded cells.
In the Army, I was stationed just outside Bagdad during the Iraq War. After we kicked a whole lot of Ba’ath ass, they scattered and reformed as violent gangs… extorting, killing, and bullying the civilians in the area. It got real bad. These guys were extremely deadly scum. It took us a week, but we handed out AK’s to the civilians. One day for the village, and 4 more days for the farms around it. All they had to do was fill out a card and they got an AK. This completely stopped the gang violence and we moved on. That’s right folks; US policy was to distribute hundreds of AK’s to stop the violence. The plan was wildly successful. Crime immediately stopped. Back in the states, we seem to have reversed the program. Not just the politicians, but civilians too. I saw it for myself; put an AK in the house, and it is left alone. It's downright bizarre! Biden and his task force need to be in padded cells. The whole damn government needs to be thrown in cells and let yukon have free run of the place.... He would be in hog heaven with that many tight sphincters to choose from!!

Mc Cain was born in Panama to U.S Citizens serving the country. That is natural born. Obama was born in a hut to some African and allegedly an Americn citizen.
