What sets basilisks like Dutroux apart is the fact that he operated as part of a 'network'. Perhaps it was just me, but when the Dutroux story was on the news, I recall saying to whomever I was with, 'How do these guys meet each other?' It's a fair question. Can we imagine a social event where one fellow casually says he spent the weekend kiddy-raping and another fellow says, 'Hey, me too. We should hang out.' The best I could figure was that they might meet in jail. But Dutroux hadn't been in jail and somehow he knew a lot of people. How does this work? What the fuck is going on?
To the vast majority of Americans, the name Marc Dutroux doesn't mean much. Drop that name in Belgium though and you're likely to elicit some very visceral reactions. Dutroux - convicted along with his wife in 1989 for the rape and violent abuse of five young girls, the youngest of whom was just eleven - now stands accused of being a key player in an international child prostitution and pornography ring whose practices included kidnapping, rape, sadistic torture, and murder.

. I think Pete's an SF guy. Ol Pete... Mildred, the church gossip, and self-appointed monitor of the church's morals, kept sticking her nose into other people's business. Several members did not approve of her extra curricular activities, but feared her enough to maintain their silence. She made a mistake, however, when she accused Pete, a new member, of being an alcoholic after she saw his old pickup parked in front of the town's only bar one afternoon. She emphatically told Pete and several others that everyone seeing it there would know what he was doing. Pete, a man of few words, stared at her for a moment and just turned and walked away. He didn't explain, defend, or deny. He said nothing. Later that evening, Pete quietly parked his pickup in front of Mildred's house...walked home....and left it there all night.
That is what I think. I just want to look at it closer. Where do these pictures come from?

My first thought was this is impossible,and the work of deranged paranoids with a rich fantasy life. My second thought is of the unnecessary siege at Waco,Texas that resulted in all those people dying to keep the BATF from being disbanded,and before that the siege in Idaho where a FBI sniper was given orders to murder a innocent woman standing in her doorway holding her baby,and the siege started because some BATF turd opened fire with a machine gun on a 13 year old boy and his dog,and then the senior agent lying about it under oath,and NOTHING happened to him after it was proven in court that he had committed perjury other than he was promoted and so was the FBI sniper that murdered Vicky Weaver. And some idiots STILL ask us why we need guns!
