There can be no doubt that you couldn't. Homosexuality was considered to be a mental disease not long ago,and shrinks were getting them committed for treatment.
Since most shrinks are about as "brilliant" AND as ignorant and biased as you are,there can be no doubt they would just declare anyone who wanted to own a gun to be "disturbed",and a end run will have been made around the Constitution.

I don't know, do people also enjoy the right to die of old age, instead of in their childhood? Did this gunman in CT not deprive these children of their lives?
