A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed - Second Amendment to the United States Constitution December 15th 1791, this should of been changed the first time a shooting happened Americans shouldn't of waited over 200 years for it to be an issue.
