[M]any Americans hurl themselves with fundamentally false, deeply disturbed enthusiasm into public demonstrations of grief over the needless deaths of some human beings -- those human beings they see as being much like themselves, when the deaths happen in what could be their own neighborhood. As for all the murders committed by their government with a systematic dedication as insane as that of any serial killer: silence. The fundamentally unjustified and highly selective focus -- on feel-good stories on one hand, and on only narrowly delimited evils on the other -- always seeks to achieve a whitewash of this kind: it attempts to obliterate the reality of the obviously related, but unacknowledged greater evils in the broader system. In this sense, all such efforts are cover-ups, they are intellectually dishonest, and they are always lies. If you have a culture that celebrates killing brownish Middle Easterners, and a culture which celebrates Islamophobia (all encouraged by Jewish-billionaire-financed lobby groups and think tanks, and, of course, the Jew-owned Entertainment Industrial Complex), and a culture where the ultimate life goal for many young men is to be a commando conducting mass murder behind enemy lines while thinking that all Americans are currently living behind enemy lines (so 'double-tapping' school children is just part of the campaign), the series of American mass civilian murders is inevitable. But you won't see anybody, particularly anybody on the 'left', even daring to mention the real problem (the hero of the 'left' is Susan Rice, leader of the Progressives for Civilian Carpet Bombing, with 'Responsibility to Protect' being the latest version of the White Man's Burden excuses for the violence of imperialism). The issues raised are just too challenging to the power structure. Why didn’t I think of that? Uh, will the guns be supplied, or do the teachers have to buy their own? What if the teacher goes nuts and wants to shoot up his own class? Shouldn’t the kids all be armed for that eventuality? Maybe they should, but what about kids whose parents are too poor to buy them guns? Should they get some kind of voucher or something? I figure it's time to abolish the NRA and seriously reconsider the 2nd amendment and perhaps get rid of it entirely. We don't need all these guns. The target shooters could perhaps take up a new hobby like darts or bowling. For the hunters, well there is always Safeway or Butcher Boys. Why do these hunters want to kill off what remains of the once abundant wildlife? There must be some other way for them to prove their manhood, something like kickboxing or race car driving. Just leave the poor defensless animals alone; they're not hurting anybody. These mass shootings are a huge embarrassment for this country. In Japan hardly anyone owns a gun and they do just fine without them and they don't have mass shootins either.
