On CNN contributor Roland Martins podcast posted to his website Monday, Jason Whitlock, the columnist who inspired Bob Costas commentary on gun control during halftime of Sundays Dallas Cowboys-Philadelphia Eagles game on NBC, revealed his peculiar take on the National Rifle Association (NRA).
Whitlock spoke out against the NFLs handling of the aftermath of Jovan Belchers suicide and gun issues in his Sunday FoxSports.com column. During Martins podcast, he likened the NRA to the Ku Klux Klan and tied the group to the dangerous street culture that unfortunately dominates so many black youths.
Sports gets so much attention, and people tune out the real world, that I try to take advantage of the opportunity to talk about the real world when sports lends itself to that and try to open peoples eyes, Whitlock said.
You know, I did not go as far as Id like to go because my thoughts on the NRA and Americas gun culture I believe the NRA is the new KKK. And that the arming of so many black youths, uh, and loading up our community with drugs, and then just having an open shooting gallery, is the work of people who obviously dont have our best interests [at heart].
Whitlock disagreed with the idea that gun ownership enhances liberty, explaining how in his view it damages society.
I think its obvious if youve traveled abroad, and traveled to countries where they have legitimate gun laws, that we dont have to have what we have in America, where people somehow think a gun enhances their liberty, and that people somehow think a gun makes them safer, he continued.
It just doesnt. A gun turns some kids listening to music into a murder scene. And uh, you know, if you dont have a gun, you drive home. You know, kids listening to some loud music, you dont like it, you go home and complain to your wife. But when you have a gun, you open fire, potentially, and take the life of a child.
The stupid racist cracka doesn't even know that the NRA is the largest gun control group, and is on his side. More than likely they paid him, to pump up donations to the NRA.

That means no private gun sales between individuals without begging permission from your government masters, and all guns will be registered in their database. McCain, Romney, and Obama are all on the same UN gun grabbing page.

He doesn't know any more about "the real world" than anyone else...
And the argument could easily be made that he knows nothing about "the real world," given this demonstration of gross ignorance, on his part.
He wants to blame somebody for the culture, blame somebody for the gangs, the violence, the deaths...? He can start the blame-game by looking in the friggin' mirror.

I am constantly amazed at all the black celebs that go on tv and publicly state that blacks aren't capable of thinking for themselves, and are nothing more than mindless natural slaves who do drugs and murder each other because they don't know any better, and drugs and guns are around.
Why is democracy held in such high esteem when its the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012)

Yeah, because it couldn't be the gangsta rap doing it,could it? It's the guns talking to them.

And here he is excusing playing loud rap music and calling blacks cowards if they don't have guns.
