Howard Dean makes a good argument.

There are valid reasons on both sides for going over the cliff.

Forward!

That isn't going to happen with the shit face you voted for in the White House. Do you support a tax on the Obama deadbeats that collect food stamps and welfare? Tax those assholes.

A friend of mine gets food stamps to make it. He's on some sort of SSI disability. I bet his horse at the track yesterday - #5 horse in the 5th race - $5 bet got him $30 payout.

Another friend works as a temp - his company gave him a frozen turkey for Thanksgiving - I thought that was nice.

When I make these statements I am talking about the deadbeats that are able bodied. I know some of these people. They are parasites. They sit around all day and sell drugs and collect food stamps and welfare. Parasites.

You know what. I was prepared to vote for Howard Dean against Bush. But Kerry no way. Dean isn't all bad imo.

It is difficult getting blood out of a turnip but at the very least a reduction in their welfare payments. You could consider that 'taxing them' in a way.

No, sacrifices need to be made by all just like a 'war tax' should be imposed every time we invade another country, i.e. Iraq.

It is not easy reconstructing 'molded minds'...

I liked Dean but he didn't goose-step to the party line and that finished him. Sort of like Ron Paul and the GOP. I couldn't, under any circumstance, vote for Bush in 2004 after Iraq. He got my vote in 2000 however.

It is not easy reconstructing 'molded minds'...

How about phasing food stamps out of existance. It only serves to raise the food prices for the rest of us. Instead there is a lot of municipal land available. If you want food a place should be set up for you to grow it in municipal land. It is stupid to spend billions when these deadbeats could be out working the field growing their own food. If you want to eat you would have to work for it. With the exception of the truly disabled.

There should be an alternative minimum tax for poor people too. Five percent is more then reasonable.

Yep and since the rich directly benefit more than the poor (who also tend to expend more blood by making of the ranks of those with boots on ground). It needs to be highly progressive.

Agri business and supermarkets already are objecting and suing to either stop it or highly regulate it. Where do you think most regulations originate?
