The first post of the COVENANTAL ACTION CORPS It is time to take the next step beyond the ballot box. The ballot box electorate is too asleep and brainwashed to depend upon to preserve our freedoms and God given rights now. Neither can we depend on the SCOTUS anymore to preserve our God given rights because Owe-bama is sure to get the apointments neccessary to make a Marxist gun grabber majority on the court now. It is time for an ORGANIZED JURY NULLIFICATION MOVEMENT against "gun control" at ALL levels Federal State and Local, legal tender laws that continue to favor this current FARO RESERVE BANK debt-usury system of money creation, compulsory "education" (BRAINWASHING) laws, Owe-bamacare, perpetual copyrights that allow the giant "Progressive" media companies to use perpetual copyrighted "entertainment" libraries to suport their "news" (BRAINWASHING) divisions and all the rest of the TREWASONOUS and GENOCIDAL "Progressive" "laws" that have been passed in the last 100 years, ALL OF THEM!!! The Tea Party is a dead horse, time for the COVENANTAL ACTION CORPS!!!

I've got some bad news for you... they're the jury pool. Add voir dire to the process, and chances of jury nullification are slim. The odds are long, but it's still a very worthwhile effort.
A minority of ONE on a jury can stop a conviction on any criminal case. Admittedly some copyright cases are civil in nature and require a simple majority vote and therefore may be a harder nut to crack but all copyright cases involving "piracy" are criminal in nature and require a unanimous vote for conviction. All cases involving "gun control", legal tender laws, anti business regulation violations, Owe-bamacare and the like are also criminal in nature and require a unanomous vote for conviction. Therefore a small minority can gain a monopoly over jury convictions under our current system of criminal law and use it against CRIMINAL copyright violations and all the other "laws" i mentioned here. (Since I do believe in copyright as the Founders designed it that being a maximum 28 year term I would restrict anti copyright Jury Nullification only to those items that have been under copyright for 29 years or longer).

The first duty of any jury, is to determine whether the law itself is just. Suppose the state passed a law, that it's a felony to walk down the sidewalk, eating a banana. The police arrest a man for doing this; they have video and witnesses to the 'crime.' The underlying problem is that the described action is no crime whatsoever, thus the jury MUST vote not guilty. Sadly, the vast majority of people who would serve on a jury, have no idea of this duty. Judges and prosecuting attorneys refuse to instruct jurists about this, even though (as I understand it) it was common knowledge until about 60- 70 years ago... People believe in the sanctity of the state, even when they know it lies. IMO, we're already beyond what the ballot-box or jury box can do. Only the ammo-box remains.
