One of his friends also commented on my post. I don't know her but I really liked her comment a great deal, so I added her as a friend. I thought she was someone I could talk to and learn from. Today, I wrote a post critical of Barack Obama. This is what she wrote me, just before she befriended me on Facebook: "Why did you ask to be my Facebook friend? so you could say you have a black friend in Texas?! I think you are a Jackass - please go find someone else to bother!" I can't respond to her message, because she befriended me so Facebook won't give me a chance to respond. I am completely distraught as result. We were told that Barack Obama was going to usher in a post-racial age of unity. It didn't happen. There is something very, very wrong in America. He gave State Employees one of the largest pay raises in the history of Cal civil service. And supported several employee class action lawsuits.
