Time's Mark Halperin has made himself useful for once by obtaining, and publishing, a copy of the 21-page memorandum of understanding that the Obama and Romney campaigns negotiated with the Commission on Presidential Debates establishing the rules governing this month's presidential and vice presidential face-offs. The upshot: Both campaigns are terrified at anything even remotely spontaneous happening. They aren't permitted to ask each other questions, propose pledges to each other, or walk outside a "predesignated area." And for the town-hall-style debate tomorrow night, the audience members posing questions aren't allowed to ask follow-ups (their mics will be cut off as soon as they get their questions out). Nor will moderator Candy Crowley. Most bizarrely, given the way the debates have played out, the rules actually appear to forbid television coverage from showing reaction shots of the candidates: "To the best of the Commission's abilities, there will be no TV cut-aways to any candidate who is not responding to a question while another candidate is answering a question or to a candidate who is not giving a closing statement while another candidate is doing so." The "best of the Commission's abilities" must be rather feeble, seeing as how almost every moment of the two debates so far was televised in split-screen, clearly showing shots of a "candidate who is not responding to a question while another candidate is answering a question." Bullshit. The media questions the candidates all the time. It is the citizens 1 and a half hours to question the candidates without some fat dyke interrupting and running interference for the faggot Obama.
There WILL be a fat CNN dyke censoring out any good questions, that the citizens asked the D&R faggots. If it was a true townhall debate, each citizen would get two minutes to ask their question, and at least one followup question. And NO jack booted D&R moderator, except for time. Then you'd see those two NWO globalist puppets dance!
The last debate with the VP's revealed that the system* would not allow the upstart Kidd [Ryan].....to shove around the Ole Jesuit Coadjutor [Biden] the system has rules : ) Tonights debate however may show the Globalists tipping their hat towards the one who will be...
That is what is good about the electoral college. It acts as a buffer against fraud. You would have to cheat in a multitute of states. Making it more difficult.

In theory, but not one of the D&R electors officially objected to the fact that Obama is an undocumented Kenyan ineligible to be president of the US. The electoral college is good, but it's been hijacked by the D&R crime family, a subsidiary of the Bush/Soros crime syndicate. If Bush wasn't a globalist reconquista traitor, he'd have deported Obama when he took office in 2000. He loves the "guest workers". Obama's family values, don't stop at the Rio Grande! Ah, those wonderful Republicans, BushBots, McCainiacs, and MitTards.

If Romney continues by small incriment....the Elite's could give him a win and say the public was not confident in Obama admins economic and foreign policy.
The media could sell that easily.....and downplay the loss of Obama....so as to reduce the twitter/slap whitey riots which occur upon Barky loss.
Romney could fumble....and the system could just as easily go with the current puppet for 4 more years of Grand chessboard and Austerity as the car goes over the cliff.
Romney win ....Chessboard Continues....but the car explodes,....and then goes over the cliff of Austerity.

Because that's what you just heard — a prayer. Where I come from, that particular prayer is called "The Prayer for the Dead."
