A Detroit home owner told Fox News 2 Detroit in a televised interview that she and her baby have been forced to live with a squatter. Heidi Peterson says that she was away from her home for a year but found another woman living there upon her return. That woman, Tracey Elaine Blair, has been living there for several months, according to neighbor’s accounts.

Peterson says that Blair believes her home is part of a special program through which people can claim houses, fix them up and keep them. The woman, by law, cannot be removed by force until Peterson goes through the court system to prove that she actually owns the home. And, because she spent all of her money on the house, she is forced to share it with Blair. In fact, they sleep just feet away from each other in separate rooms.

This woman is a idiot to stay in this house with her baby while her home is being occupied by a thug woman she has already publicly stated as feeling like she is one of the "entitled class".
Since this is Detroit and the Tan Klan rules there,even IF she wins in the local court she can't make that black woman leave without inviting racist attacks on her and her child.
I know home-owning is emotional,but she needs to either go nuclear on that woman's ass to the point where she scares the hell out of her WHILE pitching her ass down the stairs and into the street to bleed while waiting on a ambulance,or she needs to move out and rent a safe place while the court case goes forward. Which shouldn't take too long given that SHE is the one that has been paying property taxes,utilities,and other bills on the house.
Once the case is settled she needs to put the house up for sale because it will be impossible for her to live there without being attacked. Assuming of course that a Detroit court doesn't decide that a white woman has no right to live in her own house. There is a 50/50 chance she will be ordered to keep making the payments while the black woman is allowed to keep living there,and reimburse the black woman for the modifications she has made.
This ain't Ameirca. It is Detroit,a 3rd world African city with a 3rd world government and court system.
