United States News Title: 00-Hotherp Report --> The TRUE State of the Union (Things Shrubya and the Democrats DELIBERATELY Ignored in His speech and their Reply). 00-Hotherp Report --> The TRUE State of the Union (Things Shrubya and the Democrats DELIBERATELY Ignored in His speech and their Reply). While Shrubya was blowing his own horn about Iraq, the War on terror and pipe dreams of Alternative Energy and the like he DELIBERATELY IGNORED the reasons why these things will NEVER HAPPEN under his Neo-Con regime or even the alternative Liberal/Progressive regime that Nancy Pelosi, Barrac Oboma and Hillary Clinton propose. This State Of the Union Message is designed to cover those areas that Shrubya and the "Opposing View" speaker for the Democrats WON'T. The 19th century was probably the greatest age of INDIVIDUAL invention, authorship and artistic endeavor ranging from common entertainment to practical technology that this nation has ever known. This was largely based on RESTRICTIONS on the power of Copyright and Patent that existed at that time. From the ratification of the Us Constitution to the year 1922 these privileges were not "intellectual property" as they were referred to today. They were a CONSTITUTIONAL CONTRACT whereby individual inventors, authors, composers and artists could apply for a monopoly on their work FOR A LIMITED TIME after which it would revert to the Commons also known as the PUBLIC DOMAIN under the law. Furthermore copyright and patent privileges were available only to INDIVIDUAL HUMAN BEINGS and not not corporations and other business entities. Under this system of copyrights and patents inventors could work freely on inventions, stories, songs and works of art once the copyright or patent expired or even make entirely new works based upon them and the system allowed entry into the upper classes for talented poor people. Then came Corporate Person hood. Under this doctrine Corporations and other business entities could apply for copyright and patent privileges and once they could do so such entities began to subvert the CONSTITUTIONAL CONTRACT of limited terms with extension after extension of such privileges until today a patent could keep an invention suppressed for TWENTY YEARS and a copyright can do the same thing to a work of authorship or art VIRTUALLY PERMANENTLY. The latest suppression gimmick in the world of "intellectual property" and "corporate person hood" is the use of PATENTS on what are actually works of authorship which should only be covered ONLY by copyright and trademark Constitutional contracts due to their greater suppressive power. This is being done by companies like Micro$oft and other software companies against the competition of Open Source and Free (as in liberty, not price) Software like Linux, the Gimp graphics program and Open Office through patents on SOFTWARE which is a work of authorship and not an invention. The final result of this is that the combination of Permanent "Intellectual Property" and "Corporate Person hood" has been a system where corporations and the corrupt organs of the State have been allowed to monopolize the entertainment, information and education industries with shows and curricula featuring only their propaganda using popular corporate "owned" characters against which virtually no defense is allowed from those with anti New World Order/Corporatism/Socialism points of view. Furthermore "intellectual property" has become an excuse in the deliberate poisoning of people through such "food additives" as Aspartame, Splenda, Neotame and Mono Sodium Glutamate with our Food and Drug Administration licensing these killers largely to keep the corporate serial poisoners' "Intellectual Property" valuable. However there are deeper reasons for the poisoning of America that we will look into later. Therefore if Shrubya and the Democrats were genuinely honest about restoring the form of capitalism that made America great he would work to abolish Permanent Copyright, Software and Business Model Patents, and 60;Corporate Person hood61; and all other aspects of the Corporate/Socialist 60;Intellectual Property61; dictatorship over the relm of invention and authorship. They would also do something to make the laws against poisoning people for profit with things like Aspartame, Neotame, Spleda and Mono Sodium Glutamate and drugs with more side effects that they are more deadly than the disease they purport too 60;cure61; more effective . Along with permanent "Intellectual Property" and "Corporate Person hood" communications licensing has been another Corporate/Socialist source of decline in the State of The Union. Basically such licenses are to be issued for "the public good" on "scarce commodities" like the airwaves. However WHO defines the "public good". It is the same NWO/Corporatist/Socialist types who gave us Permanent "Intellectual Property" and "Corporate Person hood", thats who. This has basically allowed the now/corporatist/socialist types to have a virtual monopoly on all broadcasting. The answer to this problem is so called "pirate" radio and television, and maintaining the neutrality of the Internet. For those who don't know what Pirate Radio and Television is it is low wattage television and radio stations that run on such a short range that several of them can be on the same frequency without interfering with each other because of the low ranges involved. The Democratic answer to the problem of monopolization of the airwaves is to restore the so called 60;Fairness Doctrine61; bit that in fact will do no good because only 60;opposition61; allowed on a 60;Fairness Doctrine61; dominated broadcasting system will be that defined as such by the same NWO/Corporatist/Socialist types that control communications companies and licensing. If Shrubya and the Democrats were REALLY interested in ending the communications monopoly they would do two things. 1. They would keep Internet NEUTRALITY and prevent the net's becoming just another NWO/Corporatist/Socialist monopoly like broadcast radio and television. 2. They would legalize low wattage television and radio on a very liberal or even no licensing policy. 3. Again they would abolish 60;Corporate Person hood61; and permanent 60;Intellectual Property61; and allow programming, movies and songs, twenty years old or older to enter a free distribution/public domain status for low wattage stations. (much of this is still popular and could be used for 60;bait to get people watching and listening to low wattage channels and their genuinely alternative newscasts and documentaries. Yet another area in the decline of the State of the Union is in the relm of education. Here once again NWO/Corporatist/Socialist monopoly has turned education from a system to teach children how to function as civilized INDIVIDUALS knowing how to read, write, do arithmetic and have a basic knowledge of science and their history to a 60;dumbing down61; device for assuring a compliant herd of 60;sheeple61;. If we are to restore the greatness of America the current system of public education MUST BE ENDED and replaced with the original system of phonetic reading instruction, drill math instruction, penmanship instruction, spelling and basic science and history free of now/Corporate/Socialist 60;dumb down61; standards and propaganda. If Shrubya and the Democrats were REALLY interested in education reform they would call for a return to these basic 19th century education systems that WORKED or would call for the abolition of 60;public61; (read STATE) education all together. Another decline in the State of the Union has been the decline in the respect for the rights of the Individual. This problem has one basic fountain from which all other parts of it arise as steadily as spring water, GUN CONTROL!!! History has shown over and over and over and over and over again that infringements on gun rights are the start of infringements on ALL rights, the rise of the police/surveillance state and ultimately GENOCIDE (the state murder of a particular political, religious or racial group of people) or DEMOCIDE (the random state mass murder of people regardless of their political, religious or racial group usually for general 60;depopulation61; purposes). From our own attempt at genocide of the Native American population in the 19th to the current genocides in Africa GUN CONTROL has weaved its common thread. Giun Control is truly the root of ALL State evil and must be abolished in this nation before it commits another State mass murder like the one it tried to do with the Native Americans. If Shrubya and the Democrats were truly interested in stopping such crimes they would abolish ALL 60;gun control61; laws in America and seek the same abolition for the rest of the world rather than helping the NWO front known as the United nations bring even more of it here. Now on to the subject of money. The next major cause of the decline of the State of the Union is the Federal reserve System, its monopoly over the issuance of paper currency the abolition of precious metals as money. Another reason America was a great nation in the 19th century was that its real money was metallic, consisting of gold for big money, silver for typical shopping money and nickel and copper for real small change (1 and 5 cent pieces only). Paper currency did exist but things like gold contracts made it quite clear that precious metals were the real money and the paper currency was simply a convenience that merchants accepted so that people would not have to carry a lot of easily stealable weight around with them to conduct business. However certain bankers known as 60;International Bankers61; gained control of the paper money issuance system by getting the States they controlled through loans to set up special banks for them called 60;Central Banks61; to monopolize the issuance of that paper currency convenience and declare it 60;legal tender61; or the only money those States would accept for the payment of State taxes. From then on the 60;International Bankers61; could inflate and deflate the 60;money supply61; at will causing economic instability allowing them to buy up actual property and 60;Intellectual property61; in those 60;Central Bank61; controlled states at pennies on the dollar. Essentially the 60;Central Banking61; system became a system of legalized theft for the 60;International Bankers61; in control of it. Therefore if Shrubya and the Democrats were truly interested in ending the exploitation of 60;big business61; over the people they would go after the biggest corrupt business of them all 60;International61; and 60;Central61; Banking, restore precious metal money and and make the issuance of paper currency again a simple convenience that is the privilege of any bank that wishes to set up a demand deposit system to support such an issue sand abolish 60;fractional reserve61; banking when issuing paper currency or credit/debit cards which is the basis of the legalized 60;Central Banking61; thievery. Finally we must discuss why all these devices to bring about the decline of the State of the Union came about. Basically they are all products of a secretive pseudo elite from the International banking community, the old Royal Family lines of Europe, Apostate Organized Religion (particularly the Jesuit Order of the Roman Catholic Church, the 60;Zionist61; Element of the Jewish religion behind such organizations as AIPAC, certain Islamic followers under the control to the CIA lumped under the name of Al Quieda or Islamists or Islamofascists for purposes of generating fear of them amongst the sheeple and the Protestants responsible for making the 60;Rapture61; and 60;Left Behind61; doctrines the most popular doctrines in the Evangelical/Protestant churches), Big Business and Big Government. As a whole this group was known as the Illuminati in the 18th and 19th centuries but is Known as the New World Order or simply NWO today. This New World Order axis basically worships a Satanic religion through secretive Societies like the Skull and Bones frat at yale university and the Bohemian Grove 60;camping society61; in the Big Sur region of California and other similar dark organizations and Satanic/pedophile rings throughout the NWO eletist controlled nations. They also make worldwide political policy, usually toward less individual rights and more 60;dumbing down61;, sheeple poisoning and other depopulation schemes and police state totalitarianism in other secret societies such as the Bilderburgs, The TriLateral Commission and the Council on Foreign Relations. Therefore if Shrubya and the Democrats were truly interested in restoring the greatness of America they would Give up the secrecy about New World Order organizations they belong to or have belonged to and tell it all. They would also demand a complete investigation into the origins of New World Order schemes such as European Union, the Proposed North American Union, Illegal Immigration, Gun Control, the Federal Reserve, The Income Tax, Gun Control and all the with frog marches and trials for Treason for all the highest Elitists caught here in America including those Jesuits, Jews and 60;Islamists61; claiming 60;religious reasons for it. The Constitution's Freedom of Religion was never meant to be a freedom to commit TREASON in the name of a religion. As for the usual issues in these kinds of addresses like Social Security, Crime, Energy, Iraq, Health Care etc. It is my belief that the topics I discussed here also apply to these. As a for instance if we can change the Patent system back to what the founding fathers intended practical alternative energy system would come on line quickly to ease the weening of America off the oil drug. If corporations were not allowed to patent poisons and place them in our food supply I think about 70 percent of the Health Care problem could be taken care of there. In addition a more free market in health care that allows the alternatives would also bring the current high prices down pretty quick and would also come largely from returning the copyright and patent system to what the founders intended. For Social Security the restoration of a precious metal money system with paper currency used only as a convenience rather than 60;legal tender61; would restore value to money and would therefor create a private incentive to again save for one's own retirement. As for people already on social security or other pseudo 60;insurance61; systems I would propose that they would have a priority in the re distribution of the gold and silver stolen by the 60;International Bankers61; through the Federal Reserve System when that den of thievery and treason is abolished further helping in a soft landing from these State pyramid con schemes for those who are dependent on them. The solution to crime is simple. Abolish gun control and re define self defense as the defense of PROPERTY as well as person. For too long the New World Order has brainwashed us into a 60;politically correct61; view of crime and criminals that they are SOCIETY'S fault and not products of immoral and violent choices in their own lives. When a person comes onto your property to kill, sexually assault or STEAL his life is forfeit. I have looked at some of the crime statistics for the Western United States in the 19th century and the crime rate was in fact very low compared to what Western movies, television shows and books say about that period of time. This was because the right of self defense at that time was ABSOLUTE and applied to both PERSON and PROPERTY. In addition what passed for 60;police61; at the time were usually town Marshals and County Sheriffs that were chosen by the townspeople themselves (Usually amongst townspeople themselves or a hired gunfighter like the Earp brothers or Bat Masterson) and could be fired by the townspeople themselves. This kind of peace officer arrangement greatly reduced the type of militarized police we see today. Well that's all for my alternative State of the Union Address.
