Here, finally, are all the parts put together as one from The Daily Caller. The video is about 36min 22snds long, but the embed won't work for me, it's new and they don't have the older embed like youtube, they give you a choice.

On today's radio show, Mark Levin, pointed out regarding the segment where O talked about the Safford Act not being waived at the time of Katrina.......well, it seems that 10 days prior to this 2007 speech, O voted to not appropriate funding for this and the war -- I believe he said 3 times he voted against it. I wished I'd have listened more closely or taken notes because Mark had more to say about this.
