Mike Barnicle has suggested that the Department of Justice consider prosecuting Florida pastor Terry Jones in the death of the American ambassador to Egypt and deaths occurring during riots last year in Afghanistan. Hat tip readers Melody, Jonathan R., Ray R. Barnicle made his suggestion on today's Morning Joe, during a discussion of the attacks on the American embassy in Egypt and the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya, where the American ambassador died after an attack by an Libyan mob. Fellow panelist Donny Deutsch responded by saying he was "thinking the same thing" as Barnicle. View the video after the jump. Poster Comment: Barnicle doesn't understand the first amendment. The fool wants to try for murder and American for free speech. Maybe the asshole Barnicle should be put on trail for attempted murder and strung up after found guilty. That sounds much much better.

This guy is a moron. Under what charges does he propose Jones be prosecuted? Are we supposed to tip toe around in order to not piss off a bunch of heathens? I have a better idea. Leave Muslim countries. Then Americans won't die there. Seems like a simple solution to me, and a much better one than removing free speech in our own country.

Ammunition fired at Bagram kills 3 Afghan troops, NATO says KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — NATO says three members of the Afghan national security forces have been killed in an attack at Bagram Air Field, a sprawling U.S. base north of Kabul. The coalition said Tuesday it has not yet confirmed whether the three were killed by rockets or mortar rounds that were fired at the base around late Monday night. Gen. Akram Begzad, the police chief in Parwan province where the base is located, said a rocket was fired at the base from an undisclosed location. He says two Afghan intelligence employees were among those killed in the attack. Militants occasionally fire mortars or rockets at Bagram, but the attacks generally cause little or no damage. And THAT's not even the real story. Waiting for Taliban to check in..... NATO offered few details on the attack, saying that they came under fire from “munitions” and that they had yet to determine exactly what they were attacked with. The Taliban said they used rockets. The CH-47 Chinook helicopter was apparently not destroyed immediately, but was set on fire by the attack, which eventually rendered the $35 million transport helicopter completely destroyed. A Chinook? Those are as valuable as gold. No way that story's right....;}
The pastor will receive judgment from a much higher authority, and most likely end up being thrown into the lake of fire with the rest of the Obushma neocon warmongers.
