Italian Christmas Sausage Ingredients
1lb Lean ground Pork
1.5 oz Parmesan, freshly grated
1 oz Romano, freshly grated
2 Tbsp Sun Dried tomatoes, minced
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, minced
2 Tsp Fresh Garlic, minced
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
Directions
Mix all spices and 2 Tbsp of water together to form a slurry, then add meat and mix thoroughly. Place in large Ziploc bag and let marinade in fridge overnight. Form into patties and cook on grill, fry in a skillet or smoke
