Today, a historic press conference took place in Washington that lay bare the lies and propaganda of the Administration’s “limited prosecution discretion” for so-called “qualified aliens” or “Dreamers”, that Obama announced on June 15th in the Rose Garden. As we warned in a post last August when Obama halted deportations for what we were told was a mere “300,000 people”, that Obama’s bypassing Congress with his lawless decrees would eventually result in unconditional amnesty for millions of illegal aliens, due to loosened DHS critieria announced at that time. We knew it was just the beginning. The media “fact checkers” attacked SWA’s claims as “false” – by taking the Administration’s word for it. Now those media lapdogs have been revealed as fools, as was proven today. Today, the two men who represent the rank and file of American immigration enforcement spoke out to expose the lies. ICE Agent Chris Crane is President of the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council, the union representing America’s 7,200 ICE agents and personnel. Border Patrol Agent George McCubbin, III is President of the National Border Patrol Council, the union representing America’s more than 17,000 border agents and personnel. In stunning detail, Agent Crane revealed that “limited prosecutorial discretion” has no limits whatsoever, and that “qualified aliens” do not require any qualifications to receive blanket amnesty from this corrupt Administration. As Crane detailed: For example, ‘prosecutorial discretion’ for ‘Dreamers’ is solely based on the individual’s claims. Our orders are: if an alien said they went to high school, then let them go. If they say they have a GED, then let them go. officers have been told that there is NO burden for the alien to prove anything, even with the greatly relaxed new policies the alien is not even reuqired to prove that they meet any of the new critieria. At this point, we don’t understand why DHS even has criteria at all, as there is no requirement or burden to prove anything on the part of the alien. We believe that significant numbers of people who are not Dreamers are taking advantage of this practice to avoid arrest. Crane also detailed one recent incident in El Paso, Texas, where a criminal illegal alien assaulted an ICE agent, and not only was not charged for his crime, but was RELEASED as a “Dreamer” under Obama’s insane decree. Agent McCubbin then ridiculed DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano’s claim that the border was safer than ever, saying his men and women know it is the opposite, and that Napolitano and her staff know it. There is nothing to do but effect “regime change” on Novemember 6th. It is the only way to restore the rule of law and sanity to our border.

Citizens fear job loss and benefit loss due to downsizing and outsourcing, which maximize “efficiency,” while the government shreds social safety nets for the sake of “efficiency,” leaving citizens vulnerable and yet unable to protect themselves when states outlaw collective bargaining, thus criminalizing worker self-defense. Contrary to popular belief, slashing federal programs enhances state power by making government less unwieldy and easier to control since it dilutes public involvement, thus depleting public power and solidifying executive power. The idea of democracy is emptied of substance and used as a slogan to justify military invasion, occupation and torture while the doctrine of “preemptive war” renders all acts of aggression as defensive and undertaken for the sake of insuring “stability.” For example, deference to US demands and the protection of corporate assets – in a war against terrorism that lacks a specific geographic location and thus requires the globe-girdling ability to strike anywhere anytime. Instead of a politburo circulating state propaganda that touts one political ideology, the corporate media feigns democratic debate that features “both sides” who are portrayed as extreme opposites but actually reflect a slim range of political discourse, thus giving the appearance of freedom while relying on White House, State Department and Pentagon spokespeople to supply the “official” version of political affairs, which are broadcast into every home through television, thus manipulating the public rather than including them. Democracy functions as a useful myth that obscures the totalitarian atmosphere in which citizens feel politically impotent and fearful as they are dwarfed by giant, rigid, top-heavy bureaucracies that respond to the protocols of a corporate state that collaborates with telecommunications companies to monitor the population and develop detailed digital profiles of citizens while local police forces cooperate with federal law enforcement agencies, augmenting the burgeoning prison industry as the state loosens laws that forbid army soldiers from patrolling US streets. The corporate state defunds public programs and forces everything into the market, including health, education, social security, pensions, public broadcasting, prisons, water, soldiers, surveillance and national intelligence, while businesses commodify the environment and patent DNA. Seriously, Stone, you need to wake up. You're being played like a God-damned fiddle, and you need to wise up. We don't have a government. We don't have "representatives," anymore... I point out that o'Bungler and mcRomney are identical in every way that matters (confirmed by multiple posters with articles documenting what I've said). I point out that the whole game is a sham, and nothing changes. I post a variety of articles and quotes that illustrate the point in utter clarity. And your reply is that I "hate the Jews???" I find such a response so incredibly shallow, it literally made me laugh... I have no love- nor hatred- of the Jews. I don't care about Jews, one way or another. They're not "special" people, they're not "chosen" people, they're just people... That's IT. Where Israel is concerned, it's simply another country, like Norway or England or Taiwan. They do things to piss off their neighbors (assassination teams, state-sponsored terrorist attacks, for example), then they've got to fight their own battles. They're not some innocent little country, where everyone has child-like innocence and clean hands... They (as a country) have a LOT of blood on their hands, and have no qualms about getting more on. Egypt didn't have a regime based on islam. Now it does in part because of Obama. He welcomes it and so do you. You should pay attention to what is happening in the world. Libya is also not a nation based on the Koran. It wasn't under khadaffi numb nuts. Syria is also headed that way. Having a large muslim population is not the same as having a fanatic that believes the Koran in power. You like that though. Israel is for the Jews. The Jews are the good guys for the most part. As a reader of the Internet channels, I could care less about an opinion that STYMIES an other opinion. A blog here or there is all I need to understand a well researched idea. Strangely good ideas are not easily found often.
It's a continuation of Bush's policy to not deport illegal alien invaders unless they're felons. McCain, Obama, and Romney support the same reconquista policy... Viva la Raza. Why do you support Reconquista Mitt, and US surrender to Mexico? Are you proud to live in Atzlan instead of the US? Obama's watch stopped on 24 May 2008, but he's been too busy smoking crack to notice.
