Rep. Johnson: Since Assault Weapons Ban Expired ‘It’s Been Open Season’ By Eric Scheiner July 24, 2012 (CNSNews.com) - On the House Floor Tuesday, Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) said “It’s been open season” since the expiration of The Assault Weapons Ban in 2004. “We have work to do in this congress. You see, the assault weapons ban in place for a number of years, of ten years actually, expired in 2004 and after the expiration of the assault weapons ban it’s been open season,” Johnson said after reflecting on last week’s shooting at a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado. “Now I know that there are people who hold the Second Amendment dear and it is established clearly in law that citizens have a right to bear arms, beyond that the Constitution is silent,” Johnson continued. “So, it leaves it up to us to address issues concerning the reasonable regulation of that right. Should we not have any regulations or should we have regulations that are reasonable?” Johnson did not go into detail on any specific gun laws but highlighted his desire for new regulations. “There are some regulations governing the affairs of people that are reasonable and that includes restrictions on who can bear arms and what kind of arms they can bear. To say that we should have no regulations on weapons, particularly weapons of mass destruction, to me is unwise,” Johnson said. The Assault Weapons Ban was signed into law by President Bill Clinton in 1994 and banned 19 types of semi-automatic guns and ammunition clips with more than 10 rounds. The law expired in 2004.
Poster Comment: Hey Hank, too bad the statistics don't back up what you're saying!!! (Now why doesn't that surprise me)..... When the assault rifle ban expired in 2004, there were 9,385 homicides by firearms, with 403 being rifles. In 2010 (the latest year for which we have figures), there were 8,775 homicides involved guns and 358 using rifles. The numbers are going down as the amount of guns in the country is growing by leaps and bounds. I suppose the next pertinent statistic will be how many politicains were offed in 2013 by their constituents!!

All this hooie about preventing genocide is actually about the Kenites ENABLING GENOCIDE. "Gun Control" is an HISTORICALLY PROVEN enabler of genocide and state innitiated mass murder in general. None of this is any great secret to those with eyes to see and ears to hear. The Kenites are cursed of Yahaveh God because of their Satanic origins (one night stand between Eve and Satan leading to the conception of Cain, the Kenites' first flesh ancestor.) and cannot produce their own food by farming. Therefore they must parisitize other races and nations that can farm in order to survive. They do this in four ways known as the Four Hidden Dynasties or the Four Horns of the New World Order, The first is through the Debt / Usury monetary system (Dynasty of Finance and the Economy). The second is through the media and the state school systems (Dynasty of Education and Propaganda). The third is through false religious doctrines such as rapture monkeyism, eternal torture in hell, worship of statues of saints and mary etc, etc, ect (Dynasty of Religion) The fourth is through the State which they use to keep their parisitized races and nations in fear of them through genocides and democides (Dynasty of Politics). "Gun Control" is a major part of this last one.
